Getting there

I am on my way to the 'Washington Dulles' airport!
I am going to Colorado to meet all friends and family, and it's been about 3 years!
I am so excited!
Huh, I did 6 1/2 hours of packing last night, and I am going to be staying in Denver Colorado!
Anyway, had a long night with packing and getting all my bags and outfits situated, to trying everything on, with all sorts of jewelry, and shoes, purses, cosmetics, toiletries... its a never ending list! Especially entertainment for the plane (Ipad, books, computer etc..)
I realized (and have known) that if your a women and you are going on a big bon voyage trip,
pack everything the night before, it's just always been one of my rules,
plus getting to the airport 2 hrs. before it takes off, just in case you run into any airport issues.
So this is me, starting my little 8 day journey to CO!
Bon Voyage!

6 a.m., Nuff said!

At 6 a.m.
I pull off my Covers and slip into my gym wear...
ready (not really) to go running as a part of my daily workout
You might think well, pshhh... she's crazy!
Actually I am not (maybe just a little though).
But even though I was so haggard, I persevered through the monotonous thought of running, because I truly wanted to snuggle up in my blankies and pillows!
But when I finally realized that this type of thinking was unnecessary,
I let out a big sigh and ate a Vitamin C.
(Where I go running, right in my neighborhood!)
(Rosie and I about to go running)
(Victory!!!)
(So tired, and ready to take a shower, and possibly go back to bed...)
So that is how my early mornings start.
Pretty exciting....isn' it?

What starts my day...

AH Yes......
There it is! My morning drink, that starts my morning after an awesome sleep, maybe too awesome
that I surely need something to wake my sleepy head up!
Well look no more... I'll tell you that this is very filling and scrumptious.
Although it may not look very appetizing....just know that, it is.
This is a nice combination of 1 apple, 3 Carrots and 3 stalks of Celery.
Combine all of these and yes, you got it, one awesome flavor!
Enjoy!
