I would say on a scale of 1 - 10, the hardness of running 3 miles everyday of the week turned out to be a 7.
Running 3 miles is no easy task... well for starters (like me), I don't run the whole time.
Basically, I run for 1 minute and power walk for 2 and so on....
I do this for 3 miles, it really works though, i feel a slight change in my body although yes, it has only been a week. But at least I don't feel overly bloated over my pants.
I also do abdominal and 'love handle' workouts.
I just can't wait for the 2nd week to start because that's when my weigh in is.
I am guessing I will lose about 3 lbs or so..... hopefully.

I rest Saturday and Sunday because I don't want to overwork my body.
Other than that I am pretty sore but I am so glad that I am finally doing something that has last me longer than 2 days.
I wish I could run on the beach though, I feel like it would be so motivating
